Who provides the service
I provide the services on this site myself, as an individual and independent web developer. La Solución Digital is the trade name I work under; it is not a company or a partnership. My details are in the box above.
How hiring works
- You message me on WhatsApp or by email and tell me what you need.
- I send you a quote with what it includes, the timeline, the price and the payment terms.
- If you accept it, I send you a written confirmation with the agreed conditions and these terms.
- I let you know on WhatsApp or by email the day I start the work.
If you spot a mistake in the quote or the confirmation, tell me before the work starts and I'll fix it.
Prices and payment
Prices on the site are in Chilean pesos and are the final price of the service. I issue an electronic boleta de honorarios, so there is no VAT. If your company is required to withhold, it withholds 15.25% of the boleta amount (2026 rate) and pays it to the SII; your total cost is still the agreed price. A boleta de honorarios does not give VAT credit.
When a price says "from", it covers what is listed under "Includes". If you need more sections, languages, integrations or other scope, I quote it first and the final price is set in writing before I start.
Third-party services, such as the domain, hosting or licenses, are not included unless the quote says so.
Right of withdrawal (derecho a retracto)
You have a right of withdrawal: you can cancel within 10 days of hiring me, as long as the work has not started. If you cancel in time, I refund what you paid. I let you know on WhatsApp or by email the day I start, and from then on the right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Timelines and changes
The delivery date and what each job includes are set in the quote. Changes beyond what was agreed are quoted separately.
Responsibility for the service
I fix at no cost any malfunction caused by my work that you report within 7 days of delivery. This does not limit your rights under Chile's consumer protection law (Ley 19.496).
