What data I collect
- If you accept analytics: the pages you visit, how long you stay, where you came from, your device and browser type, and your approximate location (city or country). Google Analytics measures this.
- Your cookie choice: whether you accepted or rejected, the date and a random ID that does not identify you. That record does not store your IP or your name.
- If you message me on WhatsApp or by email: your name, your number or address and whatever you tell me.
- The hosting server logs technical data for each visit, such as IP and browser, so the site works and stays secure.
What I use it for
Analytics helps me see which pages and services get the most interest and improve the site. I use the messages you send to reply and prepare a quote. I do not use your data for advertising, I do not build profiles and I do not sell it.
Legal basis
Analytics only turns on with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Replying to your messages is based on your own request.
Cookies
Visitors get no cookies of this site's own. Google Analytics sets its cookies (_ga and _ga_ followed by a code) only if you accept, and they last up to 2 years. Your choice is stored in your browser, not in a cookie, and you can change it at any time from "Cookie preferences" at the bottom of every page. If you reject after accepting, the site deletes the Google Analytics cookies.
Who I share it with
Google LLC processes analytics data on servers that may be outside Chile, mainly in the United States. WhatsApp conversations go through WhatsApp, owned by Meta, under its own terms. The hosting company keeps the server logs.
How long I keep it
- Analytics data: 2 months in Google Analytics.
- The record of your cookie choice: up to 2 years.
- Messages: for as long as the conversation or project lasts.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, objection, portability and blocking of your data, and withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, email the contact address on this page. I reply within the deadlines set by law. If you are not satisfied with the answer, you can file a complaint with the Agencia de Protección de Datos Personales (Chile's data protection agency).
